By downloading, accessing or using the Astrum app ("Astrum", "the app", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Astrum provides astrology and tarot content for entertainment and self-reflection: natal charts, horoscopes, lunar calendar, tarot readings, compatibility, the Matrix of Destiny and an AI astrologer. The content is for personal, non-commercial use.
Astrum is for entertainment only. It is NOT medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice, and must not be used as a substitute for the advice of a qualified professional. Any decisions you make based on the content are your own responsibility. If you need help, consult a licensed professional.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription. Minors may use the app only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You can start using Astrum anonymously. You may optionally sign in with Google or email to save your data across devices. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Some features are free; Premium features require an auto-renewable subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly). Subscriptions are sold and billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region and change over time.
If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The terms of any offer are shown at the point of purchase.
You agree not to misuse the app, including: reverse engineering, disrupting the service, attempting unauthorised access, scraping, or using the app in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
The app, its design, text, graphics and software are owned by Astrum and its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app. Content generated for you is for your personal use.
Readings and interpretations may be generated using artificial intelligence. They are produced automatically, may be inaccurate or inconsistent, and are provided for entertainment. Do not rely on them as statements of fact.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any content is accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrum and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its content.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate the service, or your access, where reasonably necessary.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
